Great rooms. Great staff. We were brought here after we tried to check into the Super 8 in town and it was disgusting. Amazing prices on rooms. Very clean rooms and friendly staff.
Absolutely wonderful! The price was really good. The beds were all white and very clean. Room was VERY clean and had both a microwave and fridge. Staff was super nice!!! I was just passing through but this was a 10 out of 10 stay!! Recommend!!
Denzel and staff made us feel like family. Awesome experience. Breakfast was great. They were short staffed but entire staff participated in day to day tasks. Looking forward to seeing them folks again soon.
Wow, such an amazing stay. The employees are beyond kind and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after our stressful days. My only issues were, they need better mattresses our were not comfortable not the worst but definitely need new ones. And larger pool towels. We travel a lot and I put this one hotel in my top 5 favorites. And the employees would be in the #1 spot!!!!
I didn’t actually stay here, but came here for a kids birthday party. The staff were very nice. I accidentally took a pool key home in my pocket and was nervous they were going to charge the host. I stopped in later to return it and they didn’t have any crazy fees like that. So if that says anything (which I think it does), I think this place deserves a try. Any hotel that isn’t charging for every nickel and dime will earn my business every time.
This is a great hotel! Great & convenient location to the Knoxville Raceway. Clean rooms, enjoyed the pool and hot tub, lots of parking, free breakfast, safe and secure access to room, close to restaurants, and friendly staff. Would truly recommend this hotel to anyone! Surprised it’s ranked as a 2 star! It’s fantastic!
We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms, pool area and lobby were very clean. The staff was very polite and friendly. We will definitely be staying there again. Oh forgot the breakfast was also very good a good variety
I was VERY surprised with this hotel! It is an absolute GEM as far as smaller-town hotels go! I’m usually an avid Hilton goer, but needed a last minute place to stay when traveling, and I was very impressed. They have TONS of amenities, including a hot tub which I feel like you don’t see at very many hotels at all anymore! The staff is super nice, and the hotel is very clean! Rooms are spacious, and they come with plenty of amenities in the rooms as well. Honestly, with family holidays in town every year, we may make this a tradition!
